We regret that we cannot exchange, refund or transfer tickets unless the event in question has been rescheduled, in which case your tickets will be transferred to the new date. As per our terms and conditions, we don’t offer refunds on our event tickets. This is part of the purchase policy you agree to when purchasing tickets.

The Cheshire County Showground is situated at Tabley, near Knutsford on the A556, approximately 1.5 miles from Junction 19 of the M6.

Yes, please follow signage and event stewards on site and clearly display your Blue Badge. Availability and positioning are first come first served.

Truckfest Organisers will NOT be operating a specific bus service for the show.

Unfortunately there is no cash machine on site.

It is mandatory that all showgrounds have a disabled car park, please show your Blue badge on arrival to the showground to gain access. Please be aware that event fields and concert arenas are predominantly on undulating grass surfaces, and the wearing of appropriate clothing and footwear is strongly advised. Wheelchair users should be accompanied by a strong companion.

There won’t be any mobility hire available at this event.

Yes, but they must be kept on a lead at all times.

No fire pits or disposable BBQs are allowed. Also, no petrol generators are allowed.

LPG and Diesel generators, as well as purpose-built gas BBQs that stand off the ground, are allowed.

If you damage the ground a reinstatement charge will be passed onto you.

Yes, however no drones may be used during the show.
