- All vehicles must be working trucks, have current road tax, tyres to legal requirements and Operators Licence – except Non-Working, Vintage, Classic, Light Commercial and Super Truck.
- All vehicles entering the Showground must carry insurance to a minimum of third party cover.
- Competitors must be aware that the use of air horns is forbidden between 11.30pm and 7am in accordance with Part III of the Environmental Protection Act 1990. Offenders will be ejected.
- There is to be no vehicle movement between 9am and 5pm on show days unless assisted by a Truckfest Steward.
- The distribution of leaflets, posters or other billing materials and conducts of business, from or outside the confines of your truck parking area is forbidden at any of the Truckfest events, except by written permission from the Event Organisers. Please contact the Sales Department for more details.
- Event Officials must be informed if your vehicle gets stuck. Please contact onsite Event Control (07951 113776).
- Bookings are welcome on the day subject to circumstances and availability.
- Only one caravan/support vehicle accepted per truck entry (at a cost). Please note that if a support vehicle is over 8m, it could be subject to a surcharge of £20
- Entry fee into the competition includes weekend entry tickets for the driver and one passenger (on one ticket). Under 15’s with a truck entry are free of charge – please note that wristbands will only be given for children if asked for.
- Two child tickets cannot be exchanged for one adult ticket.
- Trailer Parking: Lincoln there is limited space (£30 a trailer). At the regional events trailer parking is £20 a trailer. Please note that trailers are parked at your own risk and landing legs must be supported.
- Trophies will be awarded on the second show day in the main arena – weather dependant.
- No ticket transfers or refunds given.
- Trucks must be checked in to be judged and competition number displayed in your windscreen. If not checked in your truck will not be judged. Check in times are: Lincoln, Friday 4pm – 7.30pm, Saturday 10am – 1pm.

- In accordance with our Health and Safety Policy, no wheels are to be removed whilst onsite. Judging will reflect this policy.
- First round judging (Exterior only) will take place from 9.30am on the first show day. A sticker will be placed on your windscreen once vehicle has been judged.
- If successful, second round judging will take place from 9.30am on the second show day, this will include Interior along with mileage taken.
- If you vehicle has not been judged by 9.30am on the second show day please contact the onsite Event Control (07951 113776).
- Judging score cards will not be available.
- Judges are entitled to disqualify.
- The judges’ decision is final.
- At all shows, Fleet is for three vehicles or more entered and made on one booking.
- The Vintage category is open to vehicles registered before 1979 on the date of the event.
- The Classic category is open to vehicles registered between 1980 and 1999 (inclusive) on the date of the event.
- The Senior category is open to vehicles registered between 2000 and 2010 (inclusive) and with an operator’s licence, on the date of the event.
- The New category is open to vehicles under one year on the date of the show entering. Age is from the date first registered.
- Light Commercial is only open to vehicles under 7.5t, that are of a show standard and a working vehicle, No camping conversions – entry into this class can be refused. Tickets will have to be charged at the camping rate.
- Vehicles under 7.5t cannot enter any of the categories or Non Judged other than Light Commercial
- Non Judged is only open to vehicles over 7.5t, entry will be refused at the gate for vehicles under 7.5t booked into this category.
- Scottish Working is only open to Scottish Operators at Truckfest Scotland
- Welsh Working is only open to Welsh Operators at Truckfest Wales
- International Super Trucks – entry into this category will be on an invitation basis, applications to be made via www.truckfest.co.uk
- Owner Operator – Open to those that are operators of one vehicle (a sole operator)
- Paintwork Category – this is open to vehicles with external paintwork / airbrushing / artwork
- Custom Category – this is open to vehicles with modifications, external artwork will not be taken into account
- Additional categories can be booked on the day at check in for a fee of £5; if you are entered into the following you are unable to enter a second category: Vintage, Classic, Non-Working, Light Commercial and Super Truck.
- Entry (where applicable) into the following classes will include entry into the overall category Best In Show: Company Owned, Owner Operator, Tipper/Rigid, Senior, New, Combination and Scottish Working.
