It is understood that once you are in receipt of a show ticket, the show terms and conditions will be adhered too. Organised by Live Promotions Events LTD, subsequently referred to in these rules as the Event Organisers.

This ticket is issued under the terms and conditions of the society, venue or land owner where the event takes place.

 

  1. The venue owner or Live Promotions Events LTD reserves the right to refuse admission in any reasonable circumstance.
  2. The venue owner or Live Promotions Events LTD may adopt a bag search on entry or exit if deemed necessary.
  3. Tickets are non-refundable.
  4. Tickets are non-transferable.
  5. Live Promotions Events LTD do not permit tickets to be resold for profit or commercial gain.
  6. Live Promotions Events LTD reserves the right to alter the show content at short notice. In the event of this happening, no refunds will be issued or exchanges offered.
  7. This event may be filmed and/or photographed. Attendance at our events affirms your consent to be used as a member of the event audience.
  8. Live Promotions Events LTD or the venue owners do not accept responsibility for any property lost or damaged at the event and as a result cannot be held liable.
  9. The use of video or stills photography equipment for commercial gain is forbidden without the express consent of Live Promotions Events LTD.
  10. The ticket holder voluntarily assumes all risk and danger incidental to the event whether occurring prior to, during or subsequent to the actual event; including any death, personal injury, loss, damage or liability.
  11. Live Promotions Events LTD reserves the right to cancel, curtail, postpone or make alterations to the time, date, duration and location in the event of unforeseen circumstances, including (without limitation), force majeure, safety and security concerns or other cause beyond the reasonable control of Live Promotions Events LTD.
  12. Please note bicycles, scooters and other ATVs are not permitted on the showground during show build up, breakdown and show days.
  13. Camera-equipped drones must not be flown at any Live Promotions events.

 

SMS Terms & Conditions

By subscribing to SMS updates from Live Promotions Events Ltd, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

  1. Program Description: Live Promotions Events Ltd offers an SMS program to provide you with news, updates, special offers, and event information.
  2. Opting In: You can opt-in to our SMS program by texting a specific keyword to our shortcode or by providing your mobile number through a sign-up form. By opting in, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing messages. Message frequency will vary. You do not need to consent to receive messages as a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

After you send the message STOP, we will send you an SMS to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time, and we will start sending messages to you again.

  7. Changes to Terms: Live Promotions Events Ltd reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new terms here or by other reasonable means. Your continued use of the SMS service constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
  8. Disclaimer: Live Promotions Events Ltd is not liable for any delays or failures in the receipt of any SMS messages, as delivery is subject to effective transmission from your mobile service provider.
