Truckers Summer BBQ

As you know 2009 saw Truckfest in the North East of England at Croft.  The event proved to be very successful in it’s first year, but unfortunately the venue is not available for the 2010 season.  However, we are delighted to confirm that we are to revisit the Driffield Showground with a completely new event which is the ‘Truckers Summer BBQ’.

The event itself will take place in the middle of summer on Saturday 21st and Sunday 22nd August and has all the elements you’d expect at a Truckfest with added entertainment for the family, ranging from Punch and Judy for the kids, live music and even a Truckers “It’s a Knockout” with prizes.

The BBQ is very much aimed at the Road Haulage Industry at play with their families.  You will still have the opportunity to join us for the weekend and to enter your truck into one of three competitions which is Best Truck at Show, Best Fleet or Classic and Vintage.  We have deliberately reduced the number of truck competitions as the emphasis at the BBQ is fun.
