With all Truckfest events, gates open at 9am and close at 6pm for day visitors. After 6pm day visitors are not permitted on-site only ‘weekend visitors’ which can be identified by wristbands.
Child tickets are for 3-13 years, so under 3’s are free and over 13’s require an adult ticket. These concession prices also apply to pensioners (if you don’t look your age, please bring some ID!) Under 16's to be accompanied by an adult
Yes, provided they are on a lead at all times and that they are not allowed to ‘foul’ within the show.
No, sorry but our venues do not offer this facility for campers.
Not at all shows make sure you bring enough cash anyway (ATM breakdowns are common when used heavily at events)

If you ordered day tickets via the Truckfest website or 24 hour ticket hotline (0870 121 1223),
then call 0115 9129000 and speak to the box office customer service department. If your query relates to other tickets (camping, truck entries, trade stands, etc) then contact Live Promotions Events on 01775 768661 during office hours.
On the Truckfest website you can find maps for each event. All events are clearly signposted on the day too.
Truck entries, trade stands and campers can arrive from Midday on the day before the show until 9pm.
Anyone arriving show days MUST arrive between 7am & 9am in order to get the vehicle onto the site before gates open to the public at 9am.
IMPORTANT - WHILST THE SHOW IS OPEN TO THE PUBLIC (9AM 6PM) THERE IS TO BE NO UNAUTHORISED VEHICLE MOVEMENT, EXCEPT WHERE SUPERVISED BY OFFICIAL STEWARDS
Any evening entertainment beyond 6pm is exclusively for weekend visitors only. Those without a wristband will not be permitted entry. The evening entertainment consists of popular tribute acts or live bands, together with a Truckfest DJ and a bar (these close at 10.30pm). Visitors are advised not to bring their own drinks into the evening entertainment areas.
Even if it rains, the show must go on! Sometimes the published attractions are amended to suit the conditions, but a full programme of entertainment will still be provided.
Yes, we have many varied catering units at all Truckfest shows, ensuring that there is no need to go hungry.
Only if you are responsible enough to ensure that you use it safely and avoid disposing of hot barbecue charcoal in litter bins or skips.
You can bring a motorbike to the shows these are parked in the car parks. ‘Mini-Motos’ and motorbikes are not to be used during show hours.
If there are any problems, just speak to any of our friendly ‘Event Stewards’ in dayglo uniforms.

Tickets are sent out 1st class approximately 2 weeks prior to each show.
No problem - you will be able to purchase additional tickets upon arrival, although these will not be at discounted rates.
All visitors have the opportunity to purchase an official programme from vendors at the show.These contain
all kinds of information about the show, and include a map and a schedule of main arena entertainment.
Official Truckfest merchandise is on sale at every Truckfest event, with a constantly-changing list of stock, including children’s lines. The Truckfest shops are shown on the maps inside the official programmes.
All celebrity guests visit the main arena for an interview and some signings before they are taken on a tour of sponsors stands. Most of these stands also have opportunities for autograph-seekers.
For all shows we have disabled car parking areas close to the show, plus disabled toilets and a disabled viewing area for each arena.
